Moreover, the olive branch symbolizes the eternal link between man and the earth. It has accompanied the Greeks in times of both prosperity and deprivation and has left its imprint on every aspect of their cultural tradition.
Nutrition is the balance of earth and man, is our connection to our roots, to balance our life and health. A Whole-minded individual understands that we are part of something bigger and our connection with that, starts within.
